This is not a "a few boxes in the driveway" yard sale. This is an entire furnished home - front to back, room to room, attic included. Every price tag has one job: get it out the door. Proceeds go directly to my daughter's college fund. She's worked hard. California has been expensive. You can help on both counts. No reasonable offer refused. If you can carry it, it can be yours.
