ESTATE SALE in Sparrows Point ( Lodge Forest) runs Friday, April 24, from 10-2 with a sign up sheet to manage opening hour traffic going out at the house at 9. Please do not show until 830. Saturday, April 25, from 9-2 Home is located at 2214 Maple Rd. Plenty of parking! What’s there? Kayaks, wood pellet stove, tools, camping equipment, rock climbing equipment, loads of Halloween, Wii games, books, golf clubs, skiing equipment, shelving, sweet cottagecore kitchen set ( will split and sell asap), recumbent/mobility bike, mountain bikes, boots, crafting items, Halloween costumes, Baltimore Colts items, patio/outdoor furniture, end/side tables, Longaberger, pet related items, kitchen finds, Christmas decor, electronics. grill, and more! Please note that the client is still residing in the home. DO NOT go into areas marked NFS or open doors/cabinets that are marked NFS/No Entry. I will ask you to exit the property immediately if we see you attempting to access these areas. We will be pulling items into tge driveway and breezeway in the morning. Please do not shop these areas until we open. Cash, please. Local checks with matching ID considered. For liability reasons and so we can focus on the security task of overseeing areas in the client’s home, please have your own help to carry and load. You are entering at your own risk.
