Yearly Serrano Community Yard Sale with hundreds of other participating houses! -Kids Clothes (From 2T all the way up to Small kids sizes, my kids are in Middle school now) -Womens Clothes -Kids Books -Frozen (the movie) Bike for Elementary school size kid or smaller, comes with matching gloves, knee pads, and helmet -Pink Girls Bike (for Elementary/Middle school size kid) -Boardgames (Marble Run-great hands on building marble rollercoaster-like game, Lite Brite, Scooby Doo, Operation Escape Room) -Large Hamster Cage 19Lx32Wx18H with two levels (includes NiteAngel 10 Silent Wheel, NiteAngel Hamster House, Water Bottle, feeding dishes, Kaytee Critter Litter, you just need to add the hamster!) -New Dog Harnesses (never used, still has tags on them and still in sealed plastic bag) -Dog seat belt -Dog collars -Paintings -Stained Glass -Weighted Blanket (only used a few times, the wife did not like it) -Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer (only used it once) -Weather Tech Floor Mats (for Honda CRV 2018) -Motion Sensor Battery Operated Faucet (still works well, we just wanted a different style) -Steph Curry Sneakers (older model, kids Elementary school size, excellent condition, rarely used) -100 Gallon Saltwater fish tank with all the equipment, easily $2000 worth of fish, coral, equipment, custom stand and side stand that hides everything, is included. Some of the highlights: fish (Snowflake & Davinci Clownfish, Yellow Tang, two Engineer gobies), corals (Bi-Color Hammers, Bi-Color Frogspawns, Magic Carpet Mushroom approximately 3.5-4 inches, 2.5-3inch Orange Blastomussa, seven ultra rainbow anemones), and about 200lbs of live rock.
