Northville Estate Sale 18239 Jamestown Circle Northville, MI 48167 This one is ONLY TWO DAYS!!! Friday and Saturday Friday and Saturday May 8th and 9th. Both days 10:00 am to 5:00 pm You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go: 1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly. 2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird. 3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house. But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house. 4) This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you. 5) Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell. We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate. If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor. 6) Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution. 7) A lot of time and effort went into setting this wonderful sale up. Please do be neat and respectful when looking at and putting back items. We certainly do appreciate you! PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE NUMBERED PARKING SPOTS THOSE ARE RESERVED FOR THE OWNERS. PLEASE PARK IN GUEST AND DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY, PLEASE AND THANK YOU. That is all the rules, appreciate you sticking around for the fun stuff now. This one is going to be fun, quick and easy too!! Lots of very nice furniture, and of course we are going to have decorative and other household items as well. This cute little charmer of a condo, is filled with wonderful treasures and trinkets. Lots of nice kitchen utensils and other great pieces too. Pictures will be coming soon of course, but all the furniture is in great condition, up to date, and modern too. So stay tuned, this sale, again is going to be fun, quick, and filled with amazing treasures. So we paid a little visit today (04/11/2026) to our next fun adventure, and let's just say, the welcoming embrace of the Estate is phenomenal. The blinking light, said it all. We have so many cool, wonderful, useful, items, along with some of the most amazing furniture, from Mid Century Modern, all the way to the classics, and more modern items too. We have retro lunch boxes, tables that fold and store and expand. Tables that can be a dining table or a sofa table. Yes some of the furniture has magical powers of transformation. Kitchen items, holiday decorations, a garden arch, copper, brass, Clorox, a 3/4 of a door, which would make a perfect project piece. Buffets and storage cabinets, and so much more. This one is going to be short and sweet. We only have two days, so we are getting the word out, and now today along with pictures too. We have three floors that are going to be packed with all kinds of treasures. We got lucky when the Estate picked us to do this sale. Every item has character, every pieces is fun and exciting. And every single items tells a story. This one really is going to be a blast!! We wish we could make the magic happen for a few more days, but, alas, the fun items that we have to sell, are simply not going to last. Everything is neat and clean, and spotless and smoke free. We simply cannot say enough good things about this Estate Sale. Please do join us for a remarkable experience. Look at all the pictures, because what you see is all for sale.
