Cedarwood Mobile Home Park is having the Annual Garage Sell on May 16th from 9-3, we are participating and running the estate sell at the same timetime. Cedarwood Mobile home park 42 Millbrook Circle, Sac 95828 Having a multiple date Estate Sales to liquidate items from my 98yr old grandmothers home. We are moving her to a nursing home, everything must go. PLEASE park in overflow parking, do not block streets, as there are seniors driving in the complex. All proceeds from the sale will be used for her care. Items will be $1 and up. I have at least 50 plus pictures of items in her home, I can only upload 10, the video is limited to 1 min and I wanted to run through the house to try and capture the items Our preference is to sell the Bedroom suites as a set, but we are open to options. Mid century furniture through out home to much to list Mid century Eastern King bedroom suite, including 2 armoires, 2 night stands, extra firm mattress if you want it. Eastern King size mattress can be negotiated into the sell. Mid century Full size bedroom suite including, headboard, bed frame, 2 night stands and dresser. Full size mattress is fairly new and can be negotiated into the sell. Solid and sturdy Couch, sofa, occasional chair Lots of oriental decor, tons of brass, antiques and unique items. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, silverware Curio stands with oriental figurines Pots, silk plants, miscellaneous figurines Albums, 45’s, reel to reel player, cassette tapes, cd’s, vhs tapes Sheets, towels, bedding 10x10 Shed full with bar stools, picture frames, lots of glassware and miscellaneous items. 6-Boxes of colorful Gnomes I have multiple posts for the items, please come and check us out. Due to the sheer volume of vintage breakables, these items will be indoors. If you are interested in any of the items after May 16th we can schedule an appointment. All items are being cross posted on Etsy, Craigslist, Vintent and eBay. Very few tools just household tools. Vintage clothing will be sold at a later date, she was up to a 3xl at one point. Jewelry will not be available during the sale and will be addressed at a later date. No appliances are available as they will remain with the house.
