ESTATE SALE Location - E. Nittany Way Major Cross Streets - E. Catalina Highway & E. We will close the sale from 11:30am-12 to reorangize everything prior to the 50% sale. This estate has been owned by the same family since it was built in 1984. Everything has been meticulously cared for. You’re welcome to come and shop or to simply enjoy the home, as the backyard features a beautiful view overlooking Tucson. There are a large amount of tools at this sale. 3 out buildings FULL of tools and a two car garage transformed into a workshop with welders (AHP Alpha Tig 200x, Hobart Iron Man 230), welding tanks, Delta band saw, Nova Vulcan DVR drill press, Delta spindle sander, LOTs of clamps, tool boxes, just about every handheld power tool you can imagine, hand tools (mostly vintage Craftsman, some Snap-On), large & small utility trailers, large chipper, power washer, surveying equipment, plasma cutter, hardware, paint sprayers, yard tools, saw horses, approx. 10 ladders (various sizes), steel beams, bricks, Milwaukee miter saw, Mikita battery powered tools & much more. All the tools were incredibly well cared for and stored. Most are labeled with original manuals and operating instructions. Inside the house, there is a collection of All Clad cookware and a large spread of kitchen accessories (Kitchen Aid mixer, Corelle dishware, cast iron cookware, along with plenty more). The furniture ranges mostly from the 1960s to the 1980s, featuring some wonderful burled redwood coffee tables, Mid Century Modern bedroom set, Drexel Heritage living room furniture, wrought iron patio set, multiple clean vintage couches (ranging from an L couch to a s 3 seat sofa), swivel arm chairs, bar stools & much more. There are shelves of books, boxes of records, closets full of clothes, storage closets full of towels, sheets, cleaning supplies and all kinds of household goodies. There is a small collection of coins, some men's watches, a pocket watch & cufflinks. We are opening up this home to the public for the first time & you are welcome to come. We do ask that you act respectfully to fellow shoppers and the home itself. Everything is for sale with the exception of a small hall closet that we loaded up with some cleaning supplies and paint to use on the home once the sale is over. For the best selection, come Friday morning. For the best deal, come Saturday afternoon. We need to sell it all this Friday and Saturday, May 8th and 9th. Cash, Venmo & Zelle accepted.
