Cool garage sale, hundreds of vinyl records, perfume, clothing, books

I'm having a yard sale to clear some space in my apartment. I'm a perfumer and working DJ. Yard sale is from 2pm-8pm on Saturday only -- no early birds, plan accordingly, be respectful, be kind, don't bother my neighbors. The sale is in the backyard. I'll put balloons on the gate door, which will be open for the day. I have hundreds of records for sale. All genres, all good records, curated over years. I'm selling them at cutthroat prices--trying to clear out space because my partner is moving in. My loss is your gain. Anything that's listed under $10 on Discogs is in the dollar bin. Everything else is listed at 1/2 to 1/3 of the comparable prices on Discogs. These records are priced to sell, and I want to sell them all. I've got house, garage house, tech house, rock, experimental, techno, punk, metal. Tons of stuff in the dollar bin like Bowie and Nilsson and Frankie Knuckles. The more records you get, the better deal you get. This is DJ heaven. Sorry, I can't list anything nor answer any questions. For perfumes, I have crazy prices on things like Guerlain, Imaginary Authors, Mancera, tons of discontinued perfumes, niche perfumes, etc. These will be fairly priced; I have things that you probably won't find if you looked for years. I have other people coming to sell their perfumes. Clothing is good fashion for cheap. There are tons of theory, critical history, contemporary art, etc for cheap. There'll be some mid-century furniture. This is an IYKYK type of garage sale.
