This one belongs to a schoolteacher and devoted grandmother who clearly loved her faith, her family, and collecting. The home sits on Lake Tarpon with a pool out back, and the contents fill every room, thoughtfully gathered over a lifetime and covering a lot of ground. Foyer & Entry Nook Don't walk past that nook on your right when you come in, it's worth a slow look. Books of every kind line the shelves: novels, self-help, poetry, religious titles, travel guides covering New York, Hawaii, Boston, Texas, Poland, and more, plus a full World Book Encyclopedia collection. A large bookcase faces you as you enter with much of the same. Sprinkled throughout: some really nice bookends, angel figurines, frames in a range of sizes, seashells, candle stands, and a kneeler for any Catholic household. There are votive candles, the tall devotional style in quantity here, along with a solid selection of Catholic, Christian, and evangelical books and materials. Americana pieces, a toad planter, floral arrangements, baskets, and a few decorative pillars with a Roman column look round out the entry. Men's and women's jackets and clothing are hanging in the foyer closet as well. Kitchen A dining table for four, a really nice set is up for sale here. The kitchen is well-stocked: Corningware, non-stick bakeware, casserole dishes, a punch set, barware, wine glasses, drinkware, coffee mugs, flatware, and plenty of everyday pots and pans. A few Disney-themed pieces tucked in for the grandkids, some Mario Batali cookbooks, tea kettles, pitchers, and an unopened bottle of Bailey's in its original case. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also for sale. Garage Packed, in the best way. There's a second refrigerator out here, plus a Whirlpool washer and dryer set that's a solid buy. Tools are well-represented, a Snap-on toolbox with contents, Craftsman hand tools, a Milwaukee corded drill, a Milwaukee saw, sledgehammers, drills, saws, hammers, shovels, ladders, and some vintage wooden toolboxes that are worth a look on their own. A Craftsman blower vac, wet-dry vac, and painting supplies round out the working end of things. On the more interesting side: a pair of antique railroad lanterns, a vintage Philco radio, Fisher speakers, a vintage portable stereo, a vintage bocce ball set, ice skates, miscellaneous golf clubs with a pink ladies' bag, and an old travel chest. There's a power pole trike for kids, canister vacuums, a brand new bird feeder, a wooden chair that looks like something out of a bishop's study, and a wheelchair. A bookcase full of glassware and vases, coolers, Brita filters, lawn chairs, baskets, and a good pile of school and teacher supplies, stencils, pens, paperclips, playing cards, board games, first ai, fill out the rest. A manger set with figurines is also out here. Living Room & Dining Area This is a large, open room with a beautiful lake view, and it has a lot going on. The anchor pieces: a leather massage chair in working order, a comfortable gray chair and ottoman, a beautiful wicker furniture set, two chairs, a loveseat, and a rocking chai, paired with a glass and wood coffee table. A large sectional entertainment center holds a multi-disc CD player, speakers, and a television. Albums, cassettes, and a massive VHS and DVD collection: The Godfather, James Bond, John Wayne, Frank Sinatra, and more.
