Parking is available on the street on one side only. Please be considerate of neighbors and do not block driveways. There are larger furniture pieces throughout the home along with plenty of smaller decorative, entertaining, and everyday household finds. Parking on one side of road only, cones will block the side you should not park on. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or roadways, and do not park on grass or neighbors’ lawns. All items are sold as-is, where-is. Everything in the sale is pre-owned, and all sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. Diane’s Estate Sales accepts Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal and card payments. Cash & Zelle carry no fees. Please bring your own help, muscles, and any tools needed for loading large items. Our team is here to help you purchase, but buyers are responsible for moving and removing their items. All purchases should be picked up by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are approved. For the safety and security of the sale, we ask that large bags and backpacks stay in your vehicle. This property may be under video monitoring. Please be respectful of the home, property, and staff. No food or drinks inside the house. No public restroom is available. Children should remain with you at all times. We do not negotiate on the first day of the sale. Discounts are usually considered on the last day, with the biggest reductions often happening during the final couple of hours. Items priced under $5 are generally not discounted.
