He are announcing and exciting sale coming up starting on Saturday May 16th from 9:00am to 4:00pm,May 17th from 10:00am to 4:00pm and May 18th from 10:00am to 2:00pm.The sale will be held at 423 Glencairn Ave.south of Lawrence on the west side of Avenue Rd. As usual follow the red and yellow signs. The sale will likely extend to the following long weekend due to volume of items. The sale will be a three family total combination/contents demolition sale. Everything that’s attached to the indoor and exterior of the house will be for sale. Indoor items to be sold include all windows, doors, sliding doors,light fixtures, water tank, toilets, showers,tubs,jacuzzi,central vac,heating and air conditioning systems, sinks, shower heads,laundry tubs,taps,vanities,mirrors,closet organizers, a complete cedar closet, complete kitchen, including cabinets and counter tops,radiators and anything else attached to the house. Outdoor items to be sold are garage doors and openers, a 10x10 ft shed, air conditioner, eavestroughs, down spouts, planters, a fantastic solid steel 11 piece patio set and a stainless steel bar/bbq cart. We will also sell all appliances, including a nice Samsung fridge, GE gas stove, a microwave, Maytag washer,dryer,dishwasher and rage hood. All window coverings. In addition to the demolition portion we will be selling high quality living room items,including a West Elm sofa, an 86” Gordon Acacia bookcase, a$10k custom made sofa, a bronze coffee and matching end table,bedroom and kitchen furniture including a table and two chairs made in Italy by Calligaris. All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis and sold in “As Is” condition. There will be no refunds,returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale carrying large bags or backpacks. You may be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways and take your refuse with you.Thank you for your consideration.
