Wednesday ESTATE SALE Downsizing on Hunter Dr

( UPDATE! We are finished taking appointments. Please note that we kept it light so we can work while people are shopping. The home opens up to everyone at 2. Also, if you made an appointment, please do not show before your appointment time. We are busy and do not want to be put into a position of having to manage that. Thanks!) Ok. This is a weird one. But, hear me out. Tomorrow ( Wednesday, June 24) from 12-4 we are hosting a last minute estate downsizing sale at 1 Hunter Dr. in Bel Air. This sounds like the usual, but this is where we go a bit off the rails. Because we have yet to get access to the house, we are running the 12-2 timeframe as a by-appointment sale so we can manage traffic while we are setting up and pricing. I’m limiting access, so we can still do what we need to do on our end but still being able to monitor what is happening with people shopping. Appointments are not going to be via the sign up genius site that I typically use, but simply through text so I can keep track easier. show contact info . Once I’m full, I’ll post on this thread as well as put up a new post indicating as much. *** This is important….If I don’t message you back, it means we are full!!*** You will still have the opportunity to shop from 2-4 tomorrow without an appointment. And we will be adding Friday afternoon hours, too. The same policies and processes hold true except for the sign up sheet out front of the home. We won’t need the sheet due to appointments. Cash, local checks, all sales final, please have help to carry and load. This is a lovely home with beautiful classic and colonial style furniture, handmade vintage dresses that are fabulous, side tables, end tables, coffee tables, dining room and kitchen table and chairs, bedroom furniture, women’s clothing, kitchen items, collectible glass, decor, loads of cookbooks, lamps/lighting, tea cups and saucers, jewelry, office furniture, cds, and miscellaneous household/tools.
