Simi Valley Bridle Path Annual Community Garage Sale is Saturday June 28, 2025starting from 8AM to ??? Located in SIMI VALLEY, CA 93065. 118 west, exit First Street. Go South approx. 2 miles and look for the banners. It's once again time for our ANNUAL Simi Valley Bridle Path Community Garage Sale! We are a community of 630 homes. Each year there are sales on each street in the community, usually every few houses, so plenty of great sales going on. Look for the banners at the entrances to our community: Carefree and First Street Mellow Lane and First Street Nonchalant and First Street Sunnydale and Azure Also don't forget to go to Sunnydale and Azure for more great deals! (HINT: Some of the best deals are on Sunnydale and Azure because they're the least traveled streets) Be sure to drive down all the culdesacs too - you don't want to miss anything and there's so much to see. We will have every type of item you can think of, new and used, antiques, furniture, silver, and some of our crafty crafters will be selling their special goods: Look for hand-thrown pottery, glass work, any kind of horsey items you can imagine: english and western saddles, all sorts of tack and accessories; children's items: clothing, books and toys, appliances, garden equipment, vehicles, boats, RVs, and maybe even a tractor or two! gently used designer label clothing at bargain prices! So many great things I just can't list them all. You just never know what you're going to find here. So don't miss out!!!
