For 15 years this owner has been a customer of mine buying furniture, nautical accessories, nautical prints and paintings, to furnish his 5 homes that he rents. We will be selling the contents of this one. Dining Room: pine dining room table with two removable leaves, 6 chairs that don't match, Pair of Lazy boy matching sofas, coffee table, large sailboat with sails that need to be put back, some large and small oriental rugs, table fulls of lamps, small prints, beautiful sailboat prints, many large sailboat paintings, some signed, flower painting and prints, painting by Boy Dizon MCM painting, 3 teak chairs, ship painting by Paul Noble James, kitchen with plates and glassware, mirrors, TV and TV stand, 2 sleep sofas, nice sleep love seat, large ships wheel and a small one, small table and 4 chairs in white, etc. Up stairs: 4 queen size beds, two with white headboards, one dark and one medium colored wood. All have mattresses, some white bureaus, many white painted night stands, white end table and coffee table, many lamps, more nautical artwork. White Pottery Barn bureau, many luggage holders, bookcases, lots of comforters, spreads, etc. - linens.
