Former Antique Buyer’s property: FULL of vinyl records (10,000 -plus), vintage and antique framed art, rare and exotic books (thousands), including first editions, Art Deco and Arts & Crafts furniture and home decor, mid-century modern furniture, vintage clothes, collectible magazines, vintage fabric, antique dolls, children’s books, toys, Olympic and Olympiad souvenirs, sports memorabilia, tons of military, tools, and every kind of knickknack imaginable. This man was a connoisseur and collector for over 50 years! A quarter of this stuff has receipts from antique malls and swap meets from 35 and 40 years ago! The garage is packed full and I haven’t even started to go through it , and the basement has hardly been touched- and I don’t have time to triage the house and prepare for the sale because the construction crews are already prepared to get started with the remodel!
