Big multifamily garage sale, lots of collectibles

We're going to have a garage sale on Sat the 13th of June. Currently looks like a lot of collectibles. We have five boxes of comics we're going to sell for a dollar each. Also have some Pokemon binders . Bikes. Lots of Tools. Funko pops. Kids books. Believe it or not original beanie babies. Probably some knives and some kitchen stuff. I will update more photos as we get closer. And will also update exact address. We are in Arvada right by Campbell Early learning center.
