Roseway yard sale - tool boxes, sewing machines, vintage (not clothes)

📍 Mason near 74th
garage-sale

Description

I have more stuff than space. Take advantage of my mental health crisis! Take a morning off from cruising the bins to come pick up a few things to sell for way too much at Memory Den! Go straight to Rerun from my house and double your investment! Fund my trip to someone else's yard sale next weekend! Roseway neighborhood, NE 74th and Mason, Saturday the 25th only. Follow the fluorescent signs. 8 am until everything is gone, or I get burned out on interacting with strangers (and I would be shocked if that was later than 2 because honestly, you are all a bit much). If you show up on Sunday you will be disappointed unless you're into helping random people with yard work, which would be awesome because my yard is a fucking disaster. No advance sales, first come first served. Cash/venmo only* There will be things I hate myself for bringing home, but that are certain to fill that gaping void in your life. There will be things your descendants will resent you for ever bringing into your home. (I am having this sale partially so my descendants do not resent me at some point. For that reason, anyway.) Fortunately, there will also be: Woodworking tools from Bridge City Tool Works (USA made) A Porter Cable dovetail jig, essentially new A couple of Power Team Enerpac-style 10 ton hydraulic rams, also more or less new An 18x24 inch light box Collets and manual for a Deckel SO tool grinder A monster Makita 9" angle grinder A Foredom flexible shaft tool (motor, shaft, and pedal, no handpiece) A Craftsman 6x48 belt sander (240 volt 3 phase) Vintage metal tool and tackle boxes with plenty of character Old (50s?) Craftsman rollaround tool chest Vintage steel cabinet with small drawers Luxo and other articulated arm lamps in various states of disrepair Vintage office furniture - shelves, file cabinets, etc. Various metal garage cabinets A variety of vintage staplers Various metal stools, mostly vintage, some not A comically large (6 feet tall) articulated arm lamp (Ikea Forså) A Joe Colombo Boby office trolley A Xootr scooter Tripods, parts bins, kitchen stuff, all kinds of other crap. No clothes, though. A handful of vintage sewing machines, including: Two Singer 201s One Singer 301 One Singer 221 featherweight ($250) Kenmore 158.1040 ($100) Kenmore 158.15160 in basically showroom condition with approximately one million decorative stitch cams ($75) Bernina 817, ugly but cheap A Pfaff 31 The photos only show a fraction of what will be there, but I'll add more as I can. Nothing is coming back into the house, so come early (not before 8) for the "good" (subjective, I know) stuff and come back later for free things. Maybe once in between just to be sure. There will be a free pile all day. Bring a truck! At some point I am likely to pay you to take things. *Or trade for some very specific things that you almost definitely don't have. I will also pay cash for these things, even though I don't actually need a single one of them. Which I guess is how I got into this whole needing-to-have-a-yard-sale situation. I have a disorder. Examples: Weird old staplers Plumb bobs Unusual wrenches European sewing machines made in the 50s, bonus if they're green, extra bonus if there's something mechanically bizarre about them DIN 894 wrenches Interesting vintage hardware packaging, measuring instruments, machinist's tools, etc. If you have vintage sewing machines to sell or trade, I may be interested. Swiss, Swedish, German machines, or one of those Spanish Singer 807s? A Bernina 117, 125, or 317? A Husqvarna Zig-Zag (1950s)? A green Necchi BU? An Elna industrial? Bobbins for an Adler 187? Something super weird?
