Sophia, NC. 27350 Estate (TAG) Sale 3385 Faw Dr Sophia, NC. 27350 SALE DATES AND TIMES: June 5th (Friday) 9am-3pm June 6th (Saturday) 9am-3pm June 7th (Sunday) 9am-3pm A portable toilet will be on site for shoppers that arrive before opening. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is tight for this sale. We are doing everything that we possibly can to accommodate the parking shortage. Please be patient, observant and careful. When you turn onto Faw Drive, be aware that this road is very narrow, with many areas on the side of road with debris, steep drops and/or ditches. Please be mindful of potential oncoming traffic from neighbors that live on the road, and/or fellow shoppers. Pulling over to a side to allow passing maybe difficult due to some ditches on one side of road, and recent construction that caused road sides to be slightly uneven. We have caution tape marking the main ditch in front of home, but we did not mark all potential road hazards/ditches. There are a few potential parking spots located on the property in the front yard once you pull into the gravel driveway. Please park in a way that creates space for other shoppers to park. In this parking option, be mindful of trees, uneven terrain, boulders, rocks, and/or tree stumps. We have cleared out as many obstacles as possible, but due to the nature of the property - we were unable to move or mark all potential hazards. Please do not block gravel driveway. We will not be allowing shopper vehicles access past the portable toilet/side of house. We will have parking cones blocking that end of the gravel driveway. This is for the safety of shoppers walking around that area, and the safety of drivers due to the uneven terrain on the backside of house. If you are unable to safely park in front of the sale, drive down Faw Dr. and locate a parking spot on the side of road. The terrain on the sides of Faw Dr. improve the further you go down. Unfortunately, this parking option would require a decent walk from your car with a slight uphill walk, so please be prepared for this option, and wear comfortable shoes. No matter where you park, please do not block the roads. Please be sure your car is pulled over enough for another car to pass by. It is highly encouraged to carpool if possible, and highly encouraged to NOT park on the sides of Flint Hill Rd. (which is the main road that Faw Dr is off of). This road has a lot of speeding cars, and blind spots due to hill. The sides of Flint Hill Rd. also have areas of uneven terrain, ditches, and high grass making it difficult to know if area is level to park on. Please be safe when leaving the sale, and turning out of Faw Dr. due to speeders, and the hill creating a "blind spot" from the left when leaving. Thank you for your patience during parking.
