You'll be disappointed if you miss out on this one! We will have a sign-up sheet for this sale on Saturday. Sheet will be placed outside at 8am. Entry will be granted in order of signatures on sheet, however, number of persons allowed entry may be limited at one time in the interest of safety, to be determined on sale days. Saturday 5/30: 9am - 2:30pm Sunday 5/31: 11am - 2:30pm do not block driveway; driveway for loading/unloading only; on-street parking only; do not block travel path of thru-traffic Access to the property is strictly limited to sale days, during hours directly associated with the sale. Any entry onto the property otherwise by unauthorized persons is Trespassing and prosecutable by law. Please do not request prices; prices are not available prior to sale days. Items are not available for purchase prior to sale days. This is not an auction; most all items will be clearly tagged with prices for purchase at the sale. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards; proper identification required. Credit card purchases will incur a 4% fee. We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers. Please do not ask for or expect additional deep discounts off the prices we spend our time tagging onto items. Please bring your own help to load large items.
