We will be uploading photos daily as we continue to work the home. Some basic details to start with-- 100s of comics, over 1,000 vinyl records (all types & clean), dozens and dozens of collectables, antiques, wall art, ceramic patio art and figures and pottery, vintage concert posters, multiple boxes of bulk legos, 100s of smalls collectables, lots of mid-century art including felt, 100s of Rolling Stone and similar mags, lots of sports trading cards, dozens of collectable toys figures still in the original blister pack, tools and Craftsman tool roller boxes, kitchen items, skateboards, bicycles, media, 1940s vintage vinyl record holder furniture unit, very cool persimmon salmon orange mid-century den couch day bed early 1960s possibly Simmons, 1974 VW THING model desert truck and soooooo much more.... Also washer and dryer and newer furniture SPECIAL NOTE- Only the VW Thing Vehicle will be available for pre-sale. No other pre-sale items. Serious inquiries please contact show contact info The VW is not running. Has some recent refurbs like new gas tank. TITLE IS CLEAN. Has some extra parts like hood. Buyer will need to tow it, it has a tow bar attached see photos. Again, we will be loading more and more photos over the next 2 weeks, please check back periodically. CASH ONLY, no credit cards no currency apps The home is small and not attached to the garage. We will likely have 2 lines to accommodate customers and allow more people in. Please be patient with us the spaces are tight, we'll give more details the morning of before we open. There is NO Guest parking in the complex DO NOT block resident driveways or streets in the community. Best place to park is on the main road right outside the complex plenty of parking there.
