Garden City Estate Sale 33030 Barton Street Garden City, MI 48135 Saturday 06/20/2026 From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday 06/21/2026 From 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday 06/22/2026 From 11:00 am to 12:00 pm This powerful little home holds lots and lots of treasured mementos!!! You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go: 1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly. 2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird. 3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house. But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house. 4) This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you. 5) Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell. We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate. If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor. 6) Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution. 7) A lot of time and effort went into setting this wonderful sale up. Please do be neat and respectful when looking at and putting back items. We certainly do appreciate you! Every once in a great while, you run across an Estate that is just beyond fun and exciting, and this one is it! Right smack dab in the middle of Garden City, this neat and clean, and spotless home holds plenty of fun and exciting treasures. There is so much fun energy, we were delighted that we were chosen to hold this sale. Also, this cute little three bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is also going to be for sale as well. This one is going to be very neat, very clean, and extremely fun! We have lots of great items at this sale, carefully curated over the years. There is going to be something for everyone at this sale. Please also pay attention to the dates as well. We will be setting up this sale within the next week or so. And yes, we are once again holding two estate sales on the same weekend, about 7 miles apart from each other!! Yes, we are crazy, but we were not about to pass up on this incredible sale. Stay tuned for more pictures, and more updates, which are coming soon. Alright this Garden City Estate Sale is shaping up to be one fun and eventful sale. We have lots of Avon and Avon items at this sale, along with some vintage items, some Mid Century Modern items, and so much more. The garage has some of this and some of that, a ladder, a lawnmower, an edger, and some other fun garage items too. Basement has been cleaned out, so we are all on one level (ranch home), and everything has been cleaned and dusted. Kitchen items and some pots and pans. We have some very nice furniture as well, perfect as is, or would make some great project pieces too. We got a free console TV that would also make a great project piece as well. Cleaning supplies too, along with a few personal care items as well. Lots of great small decorative items as well. You will just have to look around and see what magnificent treasures we have for you! Corelle and Pyrex too! Canister sets and more.
