All purchases must be picked up by the final day of the sale. ALL Sales are FINAL We accept cash and all major credit cards with a 3% transaction fee A Sign up sheet will be posted at 9:00 am. each day of the sale. You MUST be present to sign up. One name per number and you may only sign up yourself. We allow a single, WATCHED, pre-sign in list that is started by the first person to arrive at the sale. If you are the one to start the pre sign in, you MUST stay with the list. If the list is taped to the door, it will not be accepted. If you put your name on a pre-sign in sheet, you must still be present at 9am when our list goes out, your name will not automatically be transferred. PARKING WILL BE ON ONE SIDE OF THE STREET ONLY.
