Just a heads-up to record collectors who plan on attending the Family Affair Estate Sale this weekend. Entrance into the house is determined by the order of your sign-up text. The problem is there are two men who work for another Estate Sale company who are routinely placed near the front of the line and upon entrance they proceed to claim they are buying EVERY record. I suggest you do not waste your time at this sale if you are going for the records.
