COMMUNITY YARD SALE

Description

This is the annual South Shore Estates Community Yard Sale, now in its 14th year. Our residents set up in their driveways. Drive around our neighborhood of 230 houses and look for the driveways with residents waiting for you to show up. Come see what they have! The event will be held Saturday morning, June 20th from 8:00 to 11:00 AM. South Shore Estates is located adjacent to the Red Mill and Ocean Lakes neighborhoods. The neighborhood is divided in half by a lake (see map image at above right). The neighborhood's two main streets on either side of the lake are Bierce Drive and Sandoval Drive. There are four entrances to SSE. Two are located on the west side of the lake (one on Upton Drive and one on Culver Lane) and two on the east side (one on Culver Lane and one on Nimmo Parkway). YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THROUGH TWO OF THE FOUR ENTRANCES, ONE ON THE WEST SIDE AND ONE ON THE EAST SIDE, IN ORDER TO SEE THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD. Find the blue and white SSE entrance signs and then drive through the neighborhood to look for driveway set-ups.
