BIG 4th of July Garage Sale for Those Looking for Quality gently used items to get started with in their first place. I’m a former leasing consultant looking to transition my home decor, so all the items are very tasteful and well taken care of for whoever inherits them. There’s a lounge bundle ($199) and a kitchen bundle ($299) priced separately, or you can get both for $499. I’m open to negotiate pricing for certain items as well. I also do have a 6 seat dining set that I’d be willing to sell for $199. Once again, I’m open to negotiating and I have lots of other household items I can throw in that are primarily new and in the box. Items such as a brand new iron, brand new deep fryer, cleaning wand with several attachments, etc. This sale is happening now through Monday but it is on a first come first serve basis.
