The Milton Ranch neighborhood is having a community yard sale on July 18th, from 8am to 4pm. Come drive through the neighborhood and shop at the 11+ homes offering lots of opportunities to find those special items you’ve been looking for. Just a small listing of items you may find include car parts and motorcycle related items, clothing and linens, pet supplies, books, CDs, DVDs, patio furniture and garden equipment, a sewing machine and craft supplies, other miscellaneous kitchen and household items, historic iris rhizomes and much more! Milton Ranch is located in Shingle Springs. From Hwy 50, take the South Shingle Road/Ponderosa Road (Exit 37) and continue south on South Shingle Road approximately 1.1 miles. Turn right on Milton Ranch Road and enter the front gate. The participating houses are located throughout the entire community. Please observe the posted speed limits in the neighborhood and have fun!
