Buyers cannot add people after a confirmed appointment day and time. We will confirm day and time ASAP once we get your information. 15 people will be allowed at one hour intervals from 10 am to 3 pm with the last appointment at 3:00 pm. Saturday May 30 - Sunday May 31 are first come first served. There is NO sign up list. The address for the property will be listed Saturday May 30 at 6 am on this site. This is a retirement community and gates to the neighborhood will be opened starting at 9 am. Cash and Venmo only. No boxes, bags or large purses allowed.
