AMAZING yard sale with VINTAGE popup event -- and lots of FREEBIES. Plus organic lemonade! I'M OFFERING A WIDE VARIETY of practical items and wonderful treasures -- beautiful and unique items you won't find elsewhere -- and lots of good deals! This sale has been years (even decades) in the making! I'm downsizing! So I've pulled lots of goodies from storage and around my house. And (with help) organized it by category with useful labels. Most things are in excellent/very good condition. And if they're not, they're discounted! Collectors and dealers welcome. SUMMARY OF MAIN CATEGORIES (including vintage/collectibles): CLOTHES, jewelry, scarves, belts, shoes, purses. DISHWARE, dish sets, glasses, local wine glasses, platter. HOME DECOR. KITCHEN items. TINCTURE bottles. GIFT cards, wrapping paper, ribbons. CHRISTMAS items! LUCITE DISPLAY stands. "SHOP" items (no tools). FREE fix-it items (mechanical and cloth). ADDITIONAL vintage/collectible items. Lots of opportunities for creative reuse. And more! NOTE: My clothes are often 100% cotton, including some organic. Some are silk, linen, and/or rayon. They've been in a non-smoking home and have been stored properly inside. With the washable ones, I've used a natural unscented detergent. They don't have the smells that too often thrift clothes do! WHEN: Sat. 5/30 + Sun 5/31, from 9am to 3pm. NO EARLY BIRDS please. WHERE: Halfway between Sebastopol and Forestville. Near the town of Graton. Easy access from Gville Rd and Hwy 116! Just a half mile from there. At the intersection of Ross Rd. and Green Valley Rd. (The street address will be added on Thurs.) BRING: Cash strongly preferred. Venmo is also available. FINDING US/TIP: Internet can be spotty in West County, so I suggest bringing the directions with you. Also, Apple Maps sends folks to the wrong location! And it is NOT in-town Sebastopol, but in rural Sebastopol. QUICK DIRECTIONS: Get to Hwy 116 and Guerneville Rd. Go South on Hwy 116. Take the first road on your right, Green Valley Road. At the stop sign at the bottom of the hill, turn right. You'll see my Yard Sale sign on the right - plus lots of BRIGHT PINK signs there and leading up to there!
