Hosting a very clean, organized yard sale this Friday and Saturday. Everything is set up nicely on tables and priced out. No junk or clutter, just high-quality items we are cleaning out. When: Friday July 3 and Saturday July 4 Time: 9 am to 4 pm dailyLocation: Roseum Court San Ramon, CA 94582 Items available: Brand new sealed household overstock items including boxes of Glad press n seal and Clorox toilet wand refills. High end clothing and designer items including an authentic preowned Burberry handbag, vintage Henri Lloyd sea jacket, and many more! Bulk e-commerce shipping supplies including corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, poly mailers, and factory perforated fanfold shipping label stacks. Cold refreshments on site including fresh squeezed strawberry infusion and mint lemonades. Please note our driveway rules: Prices are evaluated based on market value and are firm to keep things simple for everyone, so please no yard sale lowballing or haggling. To keep the browsing area spacious and secure, we do not allow outside backpacks, big bags, or strollers inside. You may ask us to hold the items you intend to purchase in the front while you browse. Payment rules: Cash is preferred. Zelle is fine for smaller totals under a hundred, but just a heads up that we do a quick check of your physical ID to verify it matches the bank name for any Zelle amount over twenty dollars. Transactions over a hundred dollars are cash only, and we check large bills with a verification pen and log the serial numbers in our ledger at checkout.
