Community wide garage sale 600 Trout GulchRoad. Aptos Knoll Community THIS SATURDAY JULY 18TH Follow the RED CHAIR SIGNS! We are a senior community of 70 homes. Bunch of old folks with too much stuff! This is a large sale with several individual sales and ONE LARGE SALE at our clubhouse. As you enter off Trout Gulch - take the street straight ahead to the end. Clubhouse is on the left past lawn area. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR RESIDENTS!! SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS. The sale starts at 9 AM and no one will be allowed in until that time. We may need limit the number of people in the clubhouse due to limitations of allowed persons in the space per occupancy ordinances. Please be patient and form a line along Knollwood Drive. Please be kind. This sale is staffed by our senior residents and volunteers. The folks in the clubhouse in charge of securing items or assisting with purchases will have orange vests on. Individual sellers are located on 3 streets. Streets like a 3 prong fork ... center, left, and right. There are sales on every street Center street leads to the big Clubhouse sale. Grilled hot dog lunch and beverages at the clubhouse to support our community. There is just too much to photograph and post.
