Estate Sale - July 10th & 11th, 9am-2pm PLEASE READ FOR ENTRY: This is a private gated community. Gate access is on Wolfe Rd and Concord Ave, either street has gate access. To access the gate, we will ask you to call directly to show contact info and we will provide the gate code. Please DO NOT CALL this number until you get to the gate. We will begin answering the phone at 7:30am for those who want to line up outside for 9am entry. Join us for a complete estate sale at a beautiful gated private community residence in Brentwood. We will have items in the home that my family will be keeping, and we will try to have those items marked in advance as not for sale. Furniture, Décor, Kitchenware, Electronics, Some tools (not much), artwork and more. Everything must go, quality pieces for your own home. Some smaller items have been removed from shelves after photos were uploaded. Sale runs both days from 9am-2pm. Early arrival suggested for best selection. Cash, and mobile payments are accepted, no Credit cards accepted. Come browse, find treasures, and help us give these items a new home.
