50+ year accumulation! Sale starts at 10:30 am Friday, June 26 and 10 am Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28. We will close at 5. Entrance will be through the front door and exit will be through the garage. We will not be opening early. There will be some covered areas to wait in but please remember an umbrella if you’re planning to arrive early because it looks like we will see some rain. Please be respectful of the neighbor’s driveways. If the house gets too crowded we may have to stop entry for a few minutes but we will do our best to get as many people in as quickly as possible. The sale is located on Lybarger St NE, address will be added Friday morning, follow hot pink signs. What you will find: kitchen items, housewares, decor, towels, blankets, bedspreads, quilts, lots of nice women’s clothes (large/XL), patio and yard decor, Lane Leather Sofa, Inogen Machine, 2 full 10 place settings of Fiesta, TONS of Christmas decor (some Jim Shore), pictures, jewelry (no gold) queen mattress and box spring, bird baths (one concrete), vintage queen bookcase headboard and frame, dressers, curio cabinets, occasional tables, washer and dryer, upright freezer, many hand and yard tools, pressure washer, circular saw, weed eater, ladders (20’, 8’ 6’), Kirby with attachments, roaster oven, small kitchen appliances, antique oak table with leaf, cookbooks, older Tupperware, leather recliner, tv, buffet, beautiful Turkish pottery from Poland, large doll collection, Brother electric typewriter with stand, new stainless steel pots and pan set as well as lots of other pans, china hutch, Easter and Halloween decor and lots more. All items will be half price on Sunday except for a couple of pieces of furniture. Helpful hints: Christmas decor is in bedroom directly behind the living room. Much of what you see is in the sunroom which is accessed through the middle doorway in hallway. Access to the patio where the yard decor and additional Christmas items are located is off the sunroom (please be careful on the patio - there is a step down to the covered area. Please stay on patio unless picking up something on the ground next to the patio. There is nothing else out in the yard for sale).
