Rummage Sale at St. James Episcopal Church - June 19th & 20th St. James Episcopal Church is raising money to support the building fund to replace flooring in the parish hall which is used by the church, in addition to other community organizations including recovery programs, Scouts, Kiwanis Club of Tigard, the Tigard Garden Club, and Bethel Church. There are also some larger maintenance projects that need funding.
