We are SO excited about our upcoming sale this week! This home has some of the nicest furniture & collectibles you will ever see in one place. We have been eagerly awaiting this sale & can't wait to share with everyone! Below are all the details for this great sale. Get here early & often! ADDRESS: 4631 E 55th Place Tulsa, OK 74135 (Between 51st/61st & Yale near Lafortune Park) ***SECURITY CAMERAS ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT PROPERTY & CONTENTS. DATES/TIMES: THURSDAY JUNE 11 ...........Noon - 6:00PM FRIDAY JUNE 12.................9:00AM - 4:00PM SATURDAY JUNE 13 ..........9:00AM - 4:00PM PARKING: While parking will be allowed along the north side of 55th place, we highly recommend parking across the street in the Lafortune Park parking lot & walking across Yale at the light as 55th Place can get very busy. For individuals needing assistance or unable to walk that far, please feel free to drop off in driveway. If you park along 55th Place, please be mindful of neighbors driveways & only park on North side of the road (No Parking signs will be in place along South side of road). PAYMENTS: Cash is highly preferred but we also accept Cashapp, Venmo & PayPal. ITEMS INCLUDED IN SALE: SO many unique & beautiful items will be included from this estate but here is a small sampling of what you will find: We must start with the 100+ individual pieces of Fitz & Floyd collectibles, most of which are vintage; vintage records & cassettes; a very unique decorative drink cart from Ecuador; some beautiful furniture including a bedroom set, a Bernhardt dining room set & matching curio cabinet & a rare "Rabbit" themed glass table; 2 lawn mowers; many pieces of outdoor patio furniture; an extremely rare standing oil rain lamp; kitchen items; tools; some appliances & we have a pond full of Koi fish if you are in the market for some of those! OTHER REMINDERS: Large bags, backpacks & large purses will not be allowed. We will have small shopping baskets for your convenience.
